Introduction
Fractalgo is a brand name owned by Fractal SA, Switzerland. By using the Fractalgo.com website you establish an agreement between yourself and Fractal SA.
The automated trading programs developed by Fractalgo use mathematical models as a basis to determine market direction. The programs and models are proprietary to and owned by Fractal SA.
Personal use
By subscribing to Fractalgo you receive a personal license to use the copyright material for personal limited use for the duration of your subscription.
You agree that you shall not reproduce, use, block, overwrite, copy, distribute or monitor any content of the website by using any robot, spider, search engine or any other automatic mechanism.
The Fractalgo automated trading solutions are for personal use only. As we take rights seriously, we are determined to prosecute anyone who shares the Fractalgo forecasts and automated trading programs with anyone else, publishes or otherwise distributes the Fractalgo market forecasts in any media including verbal communications, electronic, video or print media.
Renewal and cancellation
You sign up, pay and cancel for our service through your broker of choice. Please verify with your broker to understand the applicable terms and conditions.
Copyright
The Fractalgo forecasts, automated trading strategies, all forecasts both past and future, and comments, commentaries and opinions are owned by their respective owners and are protected by international copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You may print a single copy the Fractalgo Forecast for your exclusive use, but it is not to be reproduced or distributed in any manner.
Modification and acceptance of terms of use
Logging on to and continuing to use the Fractalgo website and programs shall constitute the acceptance of the then published terms of use of the Fractalgo website and programs. If you don't agree to our terms of use, you should NOT access or use the Fractalgo website and programs. It is the user's responsibility to regularly review the valid terms. If any modification to the terms is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your usage of the Fractalgo automated trading solution by terminating via your broker. These terms of use can be altered without prior notice.

Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be deemed to have been made between you and the owner of Fractalgo, Fractal SA in Geneva, Switzerland. This agreement shall be interpreted according to Swiss law. The parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland for any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement.
Liability
We will not be liable for direct, indirect or accidental damages whatsoever due to anyone using the Fractalgo market forecasts or automated trading strategies, including investment or trading losses, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program or our website. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to products sold or obtained from this website. The decision to use the Fractalgo market forecasts or automated trading strategies is yours only.
